Luke’s illustrious career has earned him a gold medal at the Gold Medal Plates competition, working alongside Executive Chef Antonin Bonnet at London’s Michelin-starred The Greenhouse restaurant, and being a culinary leader at the Four Seasons, Oliver and Bonacini and Chase Group.

Eric Smith

Starting out as a young line cook in the GTA’s top restaurants, he’s grown into being a leading culinary voice for some of Canada’s top foodservice companies. Prior to joining KitchenMate, his passion for product and recipe development has landed him roles as Corporate Executive Chef for Compass Group Canada and Sysco Central Ontario.

Food Safety, Nutrition, and Regulatory Manager

Pooja Mansukhani

Pooja has spent most of her career as a Registered Dietitian directing students at university and college campuses toward nutritious food options to help fuel their busy and demanding lifestyles. She has also managed food safety for the entire supply chain at these sites.

Pooja joined KitchenMate to complement the traditional foodservice model with an innovative, accessible and sustainable eating solution.

Outside of KitchenMate, she teaches in the School of Nutrition at Toronto Metropolitan University and has a private counselling practice specialized in sports nutrition and pre and post-natal health.
